Frank Karamitsos is the Principal Director of Virtue Legal. Prior to founding Virtue Legal, Frank worked in a boutique commercial law firm in Melbourne where he developed his expertise in commercial law and litigation.
With over 19 years of legal experience, Frank offers a wealth of knowledge across all areas of commercial law. Frank works in all aspects of commercial law. This includes business sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leases, negotiating and drafting contracts, employment advice, debt recovery, dispute resolution and litigation.
Frank has a vast experience in litigation having acted in many matters across all jurisdictions in Australia and prides himself on achieving the most favourable results for his clients.
